
Delivery
VURTU offers a variety of products with different weights and sizes. To ensure successful delivery we have partnered with global logistics company Nippon Express. Together we monitor our courier's delivery performance closely to guarantee a quality delivery service every time.
Please note that deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00 and require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are not made on bank holidays or weekends, so please allow for sufficient lead time during these periods

Exchange & Return
For a hassle free return/ exchange simply contact the VURTU team with details of your order. The customer care team will work with you to arrange collection of your item(s) and can also assist with organising the delivery of a replacement or alternative product.
VURTU Return Policy:
- 14 days no quibble returns*
- A full refund within 10 working days upon receipt of an unopened product(s) in the original packaging
- A partial refund within 10 working days upon receipt of an opened product(s), (25% of the product cost + a repacking charge)
- Exchanges up to 30 days after delivery*
- A customer care team on hand to guide you through the process
*Collection fees apply or independent return arrangements can be made
*VURTU cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, partially or fully installed.
